Sardes was able to access Turkish Capital Markets only 11 months after its establishment, by completing its first bond issue on July 2012. TL 13.5 million (USD 6.5 million) was raised from qualified investors as a private placement. These funds were utilized to finance Turkish Companies which are able to create real value added.

Accessing Capital Markets was an important milestone for Sardes in terms of leveraging its operations in more competitive terms. At the time, Sardes Factoring became one of the only 6 (out of 60) independent companies (not a bank subsidiary), that were able to complete a debt market issue.
